Can someone tell me if this is normal?

Im seemingly 20 psi from normal cold and warm 45 cold around 20 hot.

Is it normal to be what seems to be roughly -20 psi when the key is in the 'on' position but the car isn't running?

I ask because the tach was off by like 2k when i got it also( i just took the needle off and positioned it properly) i think the temp gauge is off a little too starts out right at 160 no matter what and neither v6 I've had did that. And my speedometer is off as well.
My problem is oil psi though. Its got me worried so halp!

Edit: car is a 98 z28 a4
