ignition and starter on fox body
Have a 91 foxbody mustang and was wondering what starter could i use either the stock mustang starter or a chevy taho starter? and second question how did you all go about the electrical wiring and starter to alternator wiring?

what motor is going in the car...
if its a GM Motor, you need a GM Starter for that motor. its all about how it bolts up and how the teeth align with the flywheel
starter and alternator are like any car...
alternator to the battery
starter to the battery thru a fuse and solenoid activation goes thru the Column wiring.

Now believe it or not I did get to use the mustang starter wires and solenoid on my suburban starter

I am a nub at electrical hence why I ask questions so probably just going to get the GM starter and alternator and get it done at a shop.
