What injectors

What injectors 2000 6.0 truck engine, 5.3 heads with 2.00 valves, port work, or 243's. 575 to 600 lift cam. What injectors will I have to upgrade to? Once I get the heads I'm going to call and get a cam recommendation, this will be a mostly street motor, turbo trans or glide, 3.42 gear. Also I guess I'll have to use inj rail spacers and deal with a different inj plug? I thought I may run upon a set where someone upgraded to bigger and better, so I'd kinda like to know what to look for.
