Any motor thats going to see street time should have a IAC. Im running XFI on a tuned port style setup and Im running the stock IAC.

Can you do it without one? Yeah, but its kinda like going back to a carb. Theres no fail-safe to help reduce the chances of the car stalling at a bad time.

I use XFI, I love it and tune them for several others.
Problems are usually people over their heads.
Yes, use the IAC.

I have the xfi system love the software and look forward to having it finished up and runing.

Is it pretty stright forward as to the setup as in fill in the parameters and let it sort things out for its self or is it going to be more involved

does the power adder function add fuel to the base table or does it switch from the base table to the power adder table. IE does one need to include the required NA fuel+nitrous fuel or just the added fuel required for the nitrous.

Its been awhile since I opened C-Com, but AFAIK, the power adder tables trigger solenoids for the nitrous and fuel or a electronic boost controller for turbo setups.

the power adder output functions can be used for those purposes yes. however power adder fuel table is to supply fuel in a dry system. im just not clear on if it is additional or total fuel.
