Default Stock 10-bolt hub flange measurment

Does anyone know long the hub flange is on a stock 10-bolt? I need to know how long the flange extends to properly center a rim. I've attached a picture with a red circle to help illustrate what I need. I would think the axles would be the same from 99-02, but I'm not sure.

Yes, thank you! If I'm reading that correctly the flange is 7/8" long. Hopefully I get these vibration issues taken care of.
