Picking car up from painter. Bumper is just thrown back on for transport needs aligned properly but fit and finish is great and the paint blended in very nicely.

Been a wile for updates but it has been the small things. Fuel lines, vacuum lines, boost lines, spark plug wires and such. It wont be too long now. All that is left is adjusting shifter cable, putting lower rad hose on, putting fluids in and then wiring everything up. here are a couple pics.

Some more progress. Vaccuum lines all ran with 1/4 dot line and fittings are push lock. Oil feed and drains run. Breather lines run and tanks mounted. Fuel lines all hooked up to regulator. Plug wires and dei heat shield. over 1000 dollars in new fluids are in. Little decal added to front bumper to make people mad lol.
Pic without coil covers. I could never leave them off looks so ugly without them.

What rpm did the power start to fall off? You think that is due to the cylinder heads?

Cam selection. Its a baby cam really. Cam is the single determining factor in my power curve as these heads ind intake should have no problem at 7200 if I wanted to go there.

Ok good deal, I should have enough cam to carry the power and out a little higher. Really good numbers man, makes me want to get mine done so badly!

First we gave you the build and you wanted more. Then we gave you dyno numbers and you wanted more. Now I give you a 8 second Notch first night at the track. We were just working off the footbrake and E-brake to launch. First pass was 17lbs, 2nd was 20lbs, and the last was 21.5 lbs. Very happy with the results.

Good work for 1st time out guys! There is easy 8.50's or faster with that same power and just a good launch.

Looks like the early power pk really hurt it thru the traps at 7500 RPM....
