If you have LS1 heads, you will need to sell them and buy 5.3 heads. You cannot send 5.7 heads in on cores for 5.3 heads. He needs 5.3 heads. Therefore yes, you will have to send the price you mentioned which will buy NEW 5.3 heads. Then you can sell your stock LS1 heads and try to get some of that money back.
