Default 3.8 liter lifter tap

I own a 1996 RS Camaro. Bought it just 5 days ago. Been sitting for 9 months. It runs fine. The lifter tap a little bit til it warms up then it quiets down. Should I be extremely worried and looking for a new set of lifters? Or is it normal for one to do this after setting up so long? Already changed the oil and added a treatment to it. Seemed to help a little bit. The car is worth saving. It's clean and I have plans on making it a LS1 swap in the future. Just got it for a daily right now

I ran some Valvemedic Oild Detergent(Yellow bottle at Autozone) and it got rid of the tick in my 2000 fbody. I drove it for 30 miles and then got an oil change, tap was gone.

I bought my car a few months ago and it had been sitting for a year.
