Default TVS1900 Cam and Rocker Arm advice

Car is an AWD 2006 TBSS, I bought it about 2 years ago with the following mods:

TVS1900 @ 6psi
AFR 205 heads
222/224 566/568 112 cam XER lobes
Kooks 1 3/4 headers

It has in the last month developed some type of valvetrain noise, attempts to adjust the 1.75 roller rockers have not helped the noise, at this point I'm thinking it may be a lifter, pushrods also look good.

Here's my questions (this is my wife's daily driver, so I want it dead nuts reliable):

1. If I want to keep the heads, where do I get a 1.7 roller rocker? (In order to keep the bronze guides) or do I just find some stock rockers and put in powdered metal guides?

2. Is a cam swap worth while? The LSA on this one seems wrong for a blower? If I'm tearing it down, now is the time to swap it, I like the general size of this cam, just think more LSA might help power and Smog, I'd like some softer lobes too.

3. Worth stepping up to 1 7/8 headers?

4. Give me your best recommendation for the most reliable valvetrain, stock rockers? 1.7 roller? 1.8 roller?
