injector and fuel rail for a 5.3 im looking for a 80lb injector for my turbo 5.3 with data sheet witch are the best for the money. who makes a fuel rail for the truck intake are should I change intakes

sorry for the late response but thank you does those injectors come with a data sheet ?
I have the truck intake on the motor now the motor is going to be psi should I put a different intake
