not sure about what your definition of "Street legal" is

all fuel tanks are street legal if properly secured/sealed/vented in appropriate ways.....with the exception of being in california...because CA is a bunch of dumbasses in office

in california the smog referee's will even fail it just because it doesnt look like the stock tank in the stock location.
even if you have the proper hoses going to the evap system, a charcoal canister on the tank vent and a proper gas cap on it which vents to the outside of the car.....they still fail it visually.

Seen some copies come and go but our tank has been the highest quality stock replacent available for over 12 years.
