ls2 aluminum block
Question I have is .006 acceptable piston to wall clearance in a turbo motor that will see alot of street use? Pistons are mahle 2618 forged. Thanks

Its still in acceptable range, .005-.0055 is what most run..
I'm right at .00585 average of all 8

If it rattles a bit on start up I could care less if its constant thats a different story.

Well most 2618 pistons are set for .004 NA
for forced induction they say to add .001-.003 clearance extra on top of the .004
I have diamond pistons, same 2618 material and that's what my spec sheet says
