408 nitrous long block or short block

Two years ago I bought a 408 short block built with 13.x:1 compression and for 350 worth of nitrous. I have decided to build the truck back to basically stock and turbo my Yukon. So I am looking to trade my 408 for a stock 6.0("01 compatible) and some cash or a turbo kit for my "01 Yukon.
I am trying to find the thread I purchased the engine from but for now here is the info I remember about it.
408 with stock 317s should be 12.55:1 approximately.
Rotating assembly is an eagle 4" crank, Callie's rods, and Dimond +13 cc pistons.
cam is 25x/25x and specked for nitrous(350 worth)
I bought it as a short block and put these parts on it.
ARP head studs
Stock 317s
TBSS intake
Ported LS6 high volume oil pump
80 lb. per hour injectors with proper plugs.
Lunati Dual Gold springs .660 max lift
Hardened pushrods

LS2 HD timing chain
Front and rear covers
The injectors and current fuel rails I have on it now need a offset bracket to mount them. I currently have my "01 fuel rails reversed. It fits perfectly but the longer then stock injectors has the mounting pads and fuel fail tabs offset by around 3/4". If you plan to use these rails mounting will be very easy. it is also a set of return style rails all you need to do is extend your factory lines from the driver rear of the truck to the passenger front. I will include a picture of what I am talking about.
With L92 and a victor Jr. intake it made 53x hp. to the tires in a Camaro. So with my heads I anticipated 475-500.
The engine build only has about 10 1/8th mile passes on it and I never ran it. The guy I purchased if from is Kayotic racing out of GA. Here is his web site. Kaotic Racing He is a member on LS1tech and built the short block. His screen name is we_todd_did over there and was very helpful answering my questions when I was working to put this together.
The mostly complete long block is worth $4000. I would be willing to sell out right for $3500 or best offer. I would also be willing to deliver up to 8 hours away for gas money. I live in NW ohio.

I would be willing to sell the short block for $2750 obo. oil pan to deck. That would include a front and back cover and everything inside. I would actually prefer this because I can use some of the valve train for my Yukon.
For anyone who hasn't see an LS as a short block especially without an oil pan it is very small. My cousin put it in the back of a CRV packed for a week trip up to Ohio with two dogs in the car and you honestly would have no clue. The reason I bring this up is you could drive a GEO metro and it would fit in the trunk with out issue.

I am strongly considering taking the top end off of this engine and selling just the short block. So if you are interested in the long block let me know so I don't pull the heads. Don't have to be commited to buy the long block but I may be pulling the heads back off in a few days.
I have looked into a few things to bring the compression down some. A set of .060 head gaskets and 317s will net you about 12.1:1. Also in an email Justin said E85 would be a safe set up with the 12.55:1 it currently has. There are other options some are costly some aren't. So if you are interested but compression is your biggest fear then we have options.

I am still considering selling this as a long block but I am going to pull the valve springs for another project.
Unless I get interest as a long block I will pull the heads shortly and make it a short block only sale. If I did that the injectors, stock 317 heads, and possibly TBSS intake will all be up for sale.
I updated the OP but the compression currently with the 317s is at 12.55:1. With a thicker head gasket you can get it down to 12.1 or 12.2:1. There are many other options to get the compression down below 12:1 or you can run e85 as it sits and have zero issues. So if compression is holding you back so you can run pump gas don't let it scare you and I can let you know everything I learned from Livernois.
I am looking for a stock 4.8,5.3,or 6.0 and turbo parts. So if you have any of these we can possibly work out a trade.
