Larger displacement would help a lot. .that is a heavy car to get moving and keep moving. 6.0L or a 6.2L short block to start with...
To start with the general rules.. Air in and Out.. so Exhaust (Headers and system), better Heads, correct Cam choice, A FAST intake (maybe a LS6) and TB, Larger Injectors.. and most of all.. a good Tune !
What bolt ons do you already have.

Now i go with headers, filter, intake, custom exhaust system & good tune. I hope if i can go with ls1 because i just put it in my hood before 2 month & i knew the car is very heavy but i love it. what do u think about going with cam or stroker & what is the best stroker for ls1 i think 383?? or i can get more cubic inch with my aluminum block.I hope u can give me some advise to get 500 hp, i think if i can reach that i will beat them.

You could go with another CAM and Stroker kit.. but for the cost, why not find a 6.0L or 6.2L...and start with that. ?
with the 5.7L block, you can't bore the block much.. so that would be one limitation. Stroking is a option.
Suggest you ask about engine specific questions in one of the Internal Engine Sections (Gen III or Gen IV). We can help here on swapping questions.
