Default Headers

I want to no if there is any power difference between 1 3/4. 1 7/8 headers on a 408.i have a 94 silverado and can't find any 1 7/8 headers without changing my oil pan and motor mounts.i no the 1 3/4 will fit no problem.

For that size of cubes im sure there will be some better gains with those 1 7/8s. The 1 3/4 wont hurt though.

On LS1's and LS6's there's a significant difference; especially so with more modifications. I would imagine there would be a difference on a larger motor. Remember, your engine is an air pump: get it in, blow it up, make power, get it out.
