Hello everyone my name is Josh Sweigart and I'm from the Lancaster, PA area. I've finally made the move to becoming a member of this site after countless searches leading me to ls1tech. I have a couple questions that I'm more then certain everyone here could help me with. My current project and first car when i was at the age of 15 is a 1979 Chevy Impala. Originally a 305 soon lead me to a 406 SBC with 9.5 comp, 268 cam and (from what my engine/ carb guy said) a rare Holley double pumper carb. Its a 750 mech secondary carb with all evap ports present. It has a larger secondaries then primaries similar to a quadrajet but the difference isn't as much. (Primaries are almost the same size as the secondaries). The main reason that I joined was for help with a new motor setup I'm throwing around my head but not really sure the best way to go about getting the best power out of it. I'll leave it at that cause I'll just keep rambling on about it without it being in the proper section. haha
