How do I fix this!

New door, new hinges still the same gap there's no sag but I would live to fix this gap

You can try and move the striker in. Are there shouldered bolts from the door to the hinge if so you can try and you a regular bolt and pull the door in that way

Is the skin coming off the door frame? I had one looked like that and the door skin was coming off

Yep i would also try adjusting the striker. If the old door fit well it's strange to see the doors off that much when you put the new one on but it can happen
