Vortech discharge sizing
Hey on my T Trim the outlet size is 2.75" if I was to ad a reduced pipe size to 2.5" diameter for about 12 " or so then back to 3" diameter would this affect performance of the blower? Only will be running 10 pounds. LS1. This is only because space is tight.

If it's a straight section, probably not.
But the OD of the discharge is quite a thick casting. So ID of that and your "other" 2.5" OD pipe might not be that different really anyway.
a 90 degree 2.75" OD bend would probably be more restrictive than the 2.5" ID straight pipe

Hi stevie I have a set up similar to yours gto style brackets with the blower mounted im running piping from the blower back about 5 " towards the fire wall then lopps in a donut style then back underneath the blower out to the cooler. Im only thinking of looping it around the front of the blower and cog
pulley to keep the piping away from the headers

Can you not blow over the top and forwards ? Or straight down then forwards as most do with that style ?
Either way, all those bends even in 2.75" will be more restrictive than a straight section at 2.5"
Although they will still be more than adequate I'm sure.

Yes that's wat im planing on doin looping it over the top and down.i measured the blower and inside diameter is a fraction under 2.5 " anyway so it shouldnt be a problem.
