Wait...isn't a 09 GT500 like 500 hp? If so it probably makes about the same rwhp as you, but weighs 500-600 lbs more. Looked like you were doing pretty good there for a bit with that 700 hp stroker lol

I think that's the factory rating (crank hp) . My guess its a 450-460whp car as it sits but im not positive

Yeah I remember seeing a 05 GT500 lay down 432 rwhp bone stock. I really thought you would pull him being the same power and much lighter. Are you absolutely positive that car is stock lol? I mean you both looked decent on the shifting, so I can't imagine what else it could be

Yeah the car is bone stock. I'm not sure if there are differences between the 05 and the 09's . Its a stout car regardless

The 2005 GT500's are uber rare.

Nice video, you have a clean car. That GT500 shouldn't have been a problem for you at all though...something is wrong there lol. Sounds like you may have been short shifting a bit? Shifts look like they can be tightened up a bit as well. Are you at a high elevation?

You did good against the GT though.

Thanks for sharing.

I applaud you for this! That's what street racing is about! What you got vs what I got!

The work shows BTW. Small details pay off in appearance.

I like you're attitude lol. Everything you just said makes the outcome a lot more clear though! You do realize the advantage the FI cars have over N/A cars at altitude right? And yea you need to ditch that stock clutch ASAP lol.

Thanks! yeah it just amazes me how many people blame their "tires" the "tune" or whatever it may be on the outcome of the race, when they should clearly already know what their car is capable of and what it has!

What you got vs What I got. I like that one !

LOL and Yeah most cars with my all motor set up run high 12's and low 13's here lol it sucks. I also have monster stage 3 clutch under my bed , I need some motivation to put it in though haha

First great runs man your car rolls out!

Got a couple questions for you.

What intake are you running?

What are the specs on your hood?
