Default Removing wiring

I have a 99 Mustang with a ls swap. Previously I had a 4l60e in and switched over to a glide and want to remove all the neutral safety switch, speed, sensor, etc wiring. Anything to do with the trans. Are any of these wires needed or can I just trace them bact to the pcm and remove them? thanks

I believe the VSS input is needed to prevent stalling at stops. The other stuff shouldn't be needed if you use a 6 speed tune.

Thanks for the reply. Im guessing I can just turn off anything I don't use with hptuners. The car has been running fine without any of those plugged in I'm just wanting to clean up a little.
