Just thought Id throw up a picture of some turbine housings while they were on the bench.

Turbonetics T4 .96 ------ Precision T4 .81 ------ Precision vband .82

Pretty easy to see why the turbine vband inlet/outlet will restrict power and cause high backpressure over 800whp.
