You could do it with some sand paper, a dremel w/ polishing wheels, and some polishing compounds. Do a couple of searches on google and I'm sure something will turn up.
I would sand with something like 500,1000, and 1500 - move to the Dremel and a metal polish and finish off with some rouge (sp?) and a sealant.

Thanks for the tips man. Ill have to buy a dremel, all i have is a die grinder with cutting wheels. What "bits" should I get with the dremel? They sell different kits with different amounts of bits.
