Decided to create my own PCM Cover so a spent a few days fabbing one up and bought a powder coater. Got a lot of positive comments so I created a few extra and decided to see how interested people are purchasing these. The few I have for sale now are powdercoated Matte Black, should these sell and I have interest in them from others I will purchase more powder coating colors with funds I have made from previous ones (not going to spend extra money if others aren't interested).

The price is $40 and this covers shipping to your door via USPS 2-3 Priority. I will also cover the fees for paypal. These are for LS1 98-02 only.

Any questions feel free to PM. Method of payment is Paypal only please.

I have red powder but I am still experimenting as I don't like how it is flowing on the metal. I am going to purchase red powder, a silver powder, gloss black and a few other stock car color matching colors from a different supplier.

As of right now the extras I have made have been sold so bare with me guys I will post more as soon as I get them built.

Also wanted to show you guys mine with a hand stenciled WS6 on it. I was going to do this and sell them individually but its too time consuming and the cost would be too much so I figure decals from ws6store, fourth circle designs, etc. would be good to slap on these.

Raw will be $30, and that covers shipping and all to you door via USPS.

I am making a few this weekend and hopefully they will be coated by next week once my other powder coating colors come in (Mainly factory matching colors). I live in a small town so nothing available local must get all my supplies shipped in.

I have a half pound of silver and a half pound of candy red I could sell you if you are looking for other powders. I bought them to make a metallic red color since it needed to be a two stage coat.

Also, how does it mount?

I have one.. you can either mount it with the included velcro squares or like I did just pressure fit mounted it..

doesnt move at all unless you mess with it.

Sorry didn't realize this post was brought back to the light. I wasted about $50 on gloss powder coat trying to keep the waves out but kept getting the same problem so I stepped away from it for a bit to work on installing my 9''. I can try and build some more this weekend and I will get a primer powercoat which may help the gloss lay out smooth. But as of right now the only ones I am getting a good coat on it flat black as seen in my picture.

Try turning your cure temp down a little and cooking a little longer. I have issues when coating thin sheet metal also.

I pm you awhile back ago about silver, but if you do some flat black ones, I would be interested in that. Unless silver is on the horizon. lol
