rearview mirror wiring question
I am in the process of upgrading my 2000 rearview mirror housing(3-pin harness) to the 2002 mirror housing(7-pin harness). On my OEM wiring to the mirror there is a black, a white and a blue w/white stripe wires, Im no electronic guru, but Im going to take it the black wire is the ground, if so what are the other 2? I take it one is for 12v power and the other is for the door switch?? Any help would be appreciated. Oh BTW the reason Im changing this out is the LED I got are not bright enough for me and in my wifes 2004 Cavalier(has the same mirror as the 2002 Camaro/Firebird. The LEDs I put in there are probably twice as bright as mine. Thanks for reading.
EDIT - I should have also said I have the correct 7-pin connector for this mirror I bought online, and they have a diagram for the 3 wires that come with their kit, 1 wire is for ground and the other 2 are for 12volt power(battery) and the door switch, just need to know the corresponding wires that came on my car to make the swith
Thanks

My 1996 Service Manual (Page 8A-114-0) says:
Dk Blu / Wht = Courtesy Lamp Feed (i.e. - B+ from the BCM)
Wht = Courtesy Lamp Return (i.e. - Dimming Gnd from the BCM)
Blk = Gnd
