Default LS2/3 in a 2000 camaro, any issues?

Just needing the quick and dirt info on what if anything I would run into if I built a stroker motor based on an LS2 or LS3 block to go into my 2000 LS1 camaro. Is there anything that won't just go as if I'm replacing my LS1 with another LS1?

You will have to swap out the reflector wheel. Some say the Lingenfelter box will work. Knock sensor locations are different. I'd say build as big as a motor you can afford. (stroked LS3) You will regret it later down the road if you don't. JMO
