Default Help me identify these wires.....

I got my wiring harness away from the motor. A little rough but definitely usable. I found a few wires with no connectors and I was wonder if anyone can help me with identifying them

The 5 wire I thought might be MAF wiring but I could be wrong.

The gray and orange I have no idea.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: oh I forgot this is from a GEN IV 4.8 motor 2008 truck

http://lt1swap.com/2004vortec_pcm.htm

Trace the wire back to the pcm pin out location and reference the chart in the link above. If you don't have everything apart you can use an ohm meter to find the pin that the wire goes to.

You may have to do some more google search if the above reference does not match what harness/pcm you have.

Alternator wires are orange and grey. Others are for MAF.
