Anyone ever use XDR flywheels? sounds cheap! so figured this would be the best place to ask, thanks

so would it be good or bad? I have a 2008 5.3 truck engine and I need a flywheel and clutch set up to work with a t-56 manual trans, car is 3400 lbs and i'm hoping to make 450hp, can you tell me what I need, part numbers? thank you
