cheapest place to get a f body oil pan for foxbody

Default cheapest place to get a f body oil pan for foxbody

looking for a fbody oil pan kit for a gen3 5.3 motor the stock oil pan hangs was to low ebay their running about $350 with everything any one recommend a place for the f body oil kit under 300 with pickup tube, windage tray, all bolts and gasket.

I bought one from here, it doesn't include the windage tray, dipstick or pickup tube but it was the cheapest I could find when I needed one.

That site has it all for around $275, not a bad deal for all new parts.

e bay prices are insane some people asking for USED f body oil pans at that price if not more.

if you still have the truck stuff all you need is the F-Body pan and pickup.

the windage tray just needs to be shortened and an edge trimmed to match. they are very close.

The dipstick tube can be re-used and the dipstick itself trimmed and re-marked.

People with money say otherwise but a couple of swappers around here reused hardware and gaskets w/o issue with modded truck windage trays with f-body pans (incl myself).

$275 is a great price for all new parts though! We cant get deals like that up here!

Check the classifieds on this site. The whole setup usually sells for around $200. I've seen 2-3 in the last few weeks.

this is where i picked mine up. $270 shipped and everything new. perfect for my fox swap.
