Default 3.8 to lt1 vibration in gear need help

Hello everyone i recently picked up a second firebird and it is a 97 3.8 and I had a extra lt1 laying around so I decided to swap it in, both cars are auto. A complete engine with transmisson and all wireing went in with radiator and everything except I didnt have a transmisson support/crossmember. So I used the 3.8 one. I have noticed when in neterual and park it sounds and feels fine but once but I put it into drive or any gear/reverse there is a vibrating. Its not the engine/ low rpm shaking the rpms are nice and heathy also it is not the exhaust I have checked it and the y pipe isnt touching anywhere. Any body know whats going on? Would it be possible that the lt1 auto trans support is different then th 3.8 auto? One last thing the engine mounts are good.
