WTF?!...sinkhole opens under National Corvette museum taking 8 Corvettes to (2 were LT1's one LT5) their early grave

I'd be surprised if these cars weren't repaired. Unless a car is burned, flooded or crushed/bent in half, it can be fixed. Any repairs on these vehicles wouldn't be anywhere near their value.
These cars had a slow drop into the pit. I highly doubt there's any chassis damage or twisting.

Wow I saw this on Facebook earlier and thought it was fake because it was so outlandish. Didn't help that my friend that posted it is a Ford nut so I figured he was pulling a fast one on me. Consider me proven wrong...At this point I kind of wanted him to just be joking. For something like this to happen at ANY car museum is a disaster. Maybe not for the general public but for enthusiasts around the world. It's disappointing to see one-off vehicles plunging into a sinkhole. Am I going to lose sleep? No. It is a bummer though.
