What parts needed for auto to t56?

What parts needed for auto to t56? I have a 1991 z28 with a 305 and auto trans. I have a deadline to have a running and RELIABLE car by march 21st. So that gives me a little over a month to compile all my parts and perform the swap. It's pushing it, I know.
The pullout I got only came with the Trans, flywheel, clutch, and TO bearing.
I will be getting
New Clutch/Flywheel/TObearing
Swap crossmember
Shifter
Pedals
What else do I need, specifically? Like slave cylinder parts and so on? There are brass/copper fittings on the side of the trans for the lines. Where can I find these lines?
I want to make sure I have every trans related part.
