Default 1995 Camaro V6 No Start No Crank

Hello,

Just about have my engine swap done (Needed to install a new V6 before starting the save for a good LS1 swap, so still a 3.4L V6). Would anyone be so kind as to describe for me where the engine ground strap should go? It's the one on the same wiring loom as the starter positive strap, and it has a 90 degree copper mounting plate on it. I can't find a position to suit the car nicely.

Here's the main issue: Whenever I turn the key, even though it has a fully charged battery, and the lights are on at full brightness, the voltage meter displays 0. All the other gauges work (Save for the fuel, but that one someone else botched up). I can hear a pump humming, but not sure where from. I figure I'm just not putting the ground strap in the place where it makes the electrons flow nicely, and they're instead flipping me the finger.

Thanks,

SFox

Sorry about that, false alarm.

Turned out I didn't plug in the fuel regulator all the way, it was cocked a little off. It took tripping on an oil puddle to find it!
