Where does this bracket bolt to?

Where does this bracket bolt to? 
Pretty sure it's for the trans lines, but not sure what it bolts to. Any ideas? Last edited by JDMC5; 02-19-2014 at 05:53 AM.

Yes it holds the two metal trans cooler lines and it bolts to the bottom alternator bolt. The lines kinda wrap around under the main pulley and that bracket holds them up.
