Default Piston to Valve clearance Tooley Cam

I had Brian Tooley spec me a custom turbo cam for my SBE LQ4 88mm turbo build. I'm using a stock 2002 block, crank, newer style rods and pistons, stock 317 heads with a LS9 gasket. I am wondering where I'm at roughly on piston to valve clearance.

Cam specs are 239/239 - .621"/.621" - 115+5, HUC lobes. Using .660" platinum springs.

Thanks for any advice.
