That really narrows it down...there is no red wire or fuses over there tho, all fuses are in the fuse boxes..

hahahahha. sorry guys. i know that doesnt help much.
i will try to get a picture or find out where it goes to.

I know my 95 camaro doesnt have that wire as well. its like a battery wire of some sort or a wire that goes to speakers.

I found that there is two red wires on the passenger side wheel well.
One wire has no fuse to it and the end of the that goes to the inside of the car to the speaker plastic side. when i pulled it. it seemed to not be connected to anything.

The other red wire that does have a little fuse box. Goes from the wheel well to the passenger inside to the drivers side.

This weekend im going to find out what that end leads to and what its for.
Now that i remember. when i took the drivers side seat. below the seat there is a red wire that might of powered the seats. I will double check this tonight.

Any fused wires that went from the passenger side distribution block to inside the car are most likely for something aftermarket like a stereo.

The red wires ended up being power to the heated seats. Removed them since I won't have heated seats anymore
