Default My blinged out Meth system

I know, its ridiculous and total overkill. But you know me...
It was really hard to make. 100% stainless 2.5GPH nozzles with spring check valve. All 37 degree fittings and all stainless lines. Custom distribution block.

I have been stripping the red and blue off. I just got those. So far mine are polished with purple anodized ends. The AN colors are too overpowering when you have a lot of them.

If anyone wants to know.....Pure Lye and warm water. Anodizing comes off in seconds. Don't leave it in too long, wont be much left. Maybe start with cold water until you get used to it.
Red Devil drain cleaner is 100% Lye and it can go down the drain when finished.

I knew you'd make something awesome. The 2.5gph nozzles are a great combo with pump gas for good times and sure will be way more usable benefit right on the runners.

Absolutely love it and admire the work and skills.

1 note, when dealing with Lye aka Potassium Hydroxide be EXTREMELY careful when handling it. I have personally seen the potential health effects if that stuff gets in your eye and trust me you do not want to deal with them. Yes it burns your skin but thats nothing compared to what it can do to your eyes.

I fully agree. It is powerful and is unstable is the water is too hot. Use small amounts until you get to know it. I have read about much worse chemical solutions to anodize removal that I doubt would even work.

Thanks man. You make me smile. Plan is to show the car for a couple years and get a few dozen best of shows. Its no Riddler but the chassis has as much detail and custom work as the motor does. I hope one day you can see it for real. Pics just dont begin to do justice.

Less than 1% of Lye produced is now Potassium Hydroxide. Its Mostly Sodium Hydroxide when produced today, although the differences aren't that big (I work around the stuff).

Don't get the water above 100 degrees and you won't have any problems with it reacting to water so violently.

Almost too beautiful to put on an engine... almost.

"Off" oven cleaner in the yellow can strips anodizing in seconds as well.

Not to gloss over the 8 artistically installed methanol injection nozzles.... but did I miss the build up of the drive-by-wire converted throttle bodies? The linkage must be an engineering masterpiece.
