Default Engine Restart?

Short story is the car hasn't been run in about a year since the transmission broke. I didn't think it was going to take as long as it did to get it fixed but what's done is done. Unfortunately I didnot put fuel stabilizer in the tank and its at about 3/4ths full if memory serves me right. I know / hope the car will start up and run but will it eff the fuel system and/or engine up if run on year old fuel or better off draining it all out?. I also plan on changing the oil And hand cranking it over to pump the fresh new oil through the heads , is that also a good thing to do?

Just change the oil and fire it up. After the old gas is out of it, change the fuel filter. That's at least what I would do. My car has sat for 9 months straight before. No issues starting it up.

You're overthinking it, just start the thing and drive it. If anything just pull the fuel pump relay and tumble it a few times to get the oil pressure up.
