GTOBOY

So last Friday I went to standard to pick up my trans, I finally got around to sticking it in today, filled it with fluid, bled the system, put the new pilot bearing in and clutch as well. I went to put it in first and this thing wouldn't go into first or second, but 3rd thru 6th seemed fine and reverse as well.

Any ideas as to what could be going on??
