I've been having fun with the Airwerks turbo Match Bot putting together various combinations. I watched all of the BW tutorials and while they were very helpful, I am still a little confused about Engine Delta Pressure. Can someone please explain this to me?

Are positive values always desirable?
How much is too much?
What does it mean when the values go negative? Is that bad?
How negative can they go before it's really bad? Etc....
