I was 8 pages deep in the search for the info, but gave up. I think our doors are just way too heavy and I was thinking of getting the VFN fiberglass doors, as a replacement. Here's the thing... I want to keep my Auto windows and door locks. Can this be done?

I don't necessarily mean keep the original regulator/motor setup. I know there are companies that make auto window kits, for cars that have manual windows and locks, so that's an option over the heave and shitty OEM design.

I cant say I have ever seen this done. I don't think I've ever even seen glass in a aftermarket door, nor do I think its even possible. The aftermarket doors are so thin and light they would not beable to take the stress.

Better off making some CF ones if you want the guts in there and the lighter weight. Not hard to make them, 2 piece and fuzor them together.
