Just got an 01' Z. Wen't down to Sumerduck 1/8th and my best time was 9.1 ??? Now i have a Service light on b/c i have bad knock sensors from water, and loose Lower Control Arm (LCA). Plugs haven't been changed since new and has 90,000 on it. Is this expected??? PLS HELP :eek2:

naw, 9.1 is about right, give or take, for a bone stock ls1 with a bit of mileage on it and a so/so driver (what do YOU think of your skills?). i pulled two 8.9s and a 9.1 on two 13.7s and a 13.8 run, respectivly, last time i went to the track.
i'd still replace those plugs tho. platinum plugs last for 100k or so at best, assuming nothing goes wrong.
