M6 to TH400 early questions..

M6 to TH400 early questions.. Ok, im planning on going TH400 in the next few weeks. I have a TH400 Im going to have built. I'm going to get a reverse pattern with manual valve body. I know I need:
crossmember
tranny cooler w/ lines
shifter
What else am I going to need? I think I could make the stock torque arm fit if I had to, but I'll probably get a Spohn or b&m. How about flexplate and such? Will my m6 flywheel work or not? driveshaft the same length? What about a speedo sensor? Anything else? Thanks for the help!!
