2000 6.0 iron w/iron heads on3 turbo

i have a 2000 Silverado with a 6.0 iron block and i have a set of 862 heads, is it worth swapping the heads out. ill be pushing 16#s boost. triple 12 cam & yank convertor.

I would stick go with 317's or stick with the iron heads on that engine. Pretty sure we went with the 218 cam on that one..
