Default Is It Normal?

ok, my car sat in a body shop for almost 2 years, I got the car back, it's an '02 WS6 A4. I changed the oil and belt, haven't really driven it a whole lot since getting it back. I drove it down the road a little just to drive it some, after getting warm, the oil pressure went to about halfway, but it smells like something is burning, and when I remove the dipstick there's smoke coming from there. Is it because it hasn't been driven and just been sitting? I just want to make sure the car is mechanically sound after sitting so long, any input is appreciated...It drives fine, trans shifts fine, doesn't make any weird noises, it's just the burning smell that has me asking. Car has 98K miles on it...

no spilled or leaking fluids, car is dry underneath on the concrete...maybe i'm just paranoid since I haven't driven it in a long time?
