Arrow OEM & Transgo-HD2 4L60E seperator plate gaskets the same?

As the title goes, I'm transferring my shift kit from my old transmission into my new car, but was wondering if just buying a brand new OEM separator plate gasket would work or I would need to get one specific for the separator plate that came in the Transgo-HD2 kit?

TransGo uses the late gaskets (2001 & Up) in all there HD2 kits. This is for all the years.

The OEM separator plate gasket for any year '96-'05 should work just fine.
Before assembly align the clean gaskets on the plate to make sure all holes in the plate have holes in the gaskets; I sometimes enlarge a few holes in the gaskets with an exacto knife just to be sure. (It seems these gaskets expand/shrink a bit depending upon humidity and age.)
When ready for final assembly, spread a thin layer of Transgel or Vaseline one the gaskets so that they stick to the separator plate and make a final verification that the holes are all aligned.

EDIT: I see that much more experienced PBA posted at the same time and recommends a 2001 or later gasket. Go with that then.

All I could find available locally is a whole gasket and seal kit manufactured by a company called Precision International.

I purchased the kit only because I need the oil pump O ring and gasket due to a static leak from the pump housing.

The separator plate gaskets are included in the kit. But the packaging says 4L60E / 4L65E 93-02.

So question is, can I just use what is included in this kit? Or are the 2001 and later gaskets required instead?

There should be two seta of gaskets in the kit. Use the ones with the "white" stripe on them.
