Default Please Help with gears!

I just can't make up my dang mind! I don't want a lot of hoopla about Grenade this and grenade that on the 10 bolts. I know. I just want some real world advice on gears with guys who have t56's. You can see my combo in my sig. I have High rpm power. As a mainly weekend street driven car.

basically, On you that have similar combos, or T56's in general, should I run 3.73's or 4.10/4.11's? I will go to the track occasionally. I do have nitrous, and a 2 step set low on the RPM. Keep in mind as a mainly N/A driven highway pulled car, what would be optimal?

Thanks,

Not sure what you make for power on your setup, but i'm around 450 whp n/a, and 550 N20, and i'm running 4.10's on a T56. My car is just a weekend toy that may see the track once a year. With that said I love the 4.10's when running n/a (wouldn't change it at all) but on the juice it's way too much gear lol

probably around the same power. 500/n/a n20 unknown. You run out of gear on the juice?

I'm not sure as I haven't been to the track with it yet. According to the gear calculator I probably will since 125 mph looks to be about as high as I can go at around 6700-6800 rpm. IMO it's the perfect gear n/a, since the car likes to rev a bit to make good power

Is there a preference on gear manufacturers? Does one make a better gear than another?

It seems like Motive and Richmond are the preferred ones. I have Riichmond's myself
