Default nozzle or plate

OK I already have the nozzle setup but been reading more and more into the plate do you guys think it's worth getting rid of the nozzle and getting a plate?

Not at all if you are just sticking to 100-150 shot. I'd just stick with what you got. So is the car finally ready?

Well I'm going to hit it with 175 then 250 down the road, yes she's finally ready Lol I took it for a took but didn't have my afr gauge wires tucked in and the guy was like I can't tune it like that I'm like well I'll just take it out he's no... he was working on alot of other cars so I know that's the reason.... but I won't be going back to serious hp I'm just going to take it to LMR... I'm also going to Have them hook up my lnc2000 and my Nos control can't wait to see how much power I'm making

Over 150 shot I would think a plate would be better. I went from a shark nozzle to a nitrous outlet plate with the same 100 shot and it hit way harder. Plus looks cool lol

Yea I do like the plate look better, would I have to get different solenoids or would the ones I have work? Also I'm running 92mm Tb and intake would I need the 92mm plate? Thanks for the help

If you are going to go above 200, I would start looking into a plate. Anything below that is mainly a visual preference, between the plate and the nozzle. There is a slight difference in distribution, but nothing that you will probably notice.

Hey thanks Garrett ... yes I think I'm going to go with the plate now do I just need the plate or would I need new solenoids as well and how much would it cost me?

Idk I had got them in a zex kit with the nozzle says kit is good to 250 shot

Yeah, if you plan on spraying more than 200-250 on the plate, I would upgrade to the lightning solenoids, other wise, you can keep the solenoids you have.

If it were me i'd just stick with your current nozzle setup, hit it with a 150 or so for right now, and just enjoy it! Your car even on a 150 shot will be a handful on the street, so i'd just stick with that for a bit, and then maybe upgrade later. Looking forward to seeing how your ride turns out

Yea I'm going to get tuned next Thursday got an appointment with LMR their pretty popular out here in about a month or so I'm going to go back for a retune

A friend of mine that does GM tuning did it. He doesn't work out of a shop but he's really good. Street tuned my car and 3 of my friends cammed LS cars!
