if it helps i've heard from others and experienced for myself that vigilantes like to be flashed more than launched off a high stall.

on mine for example, i release the brake at 1200 rpm and stab it halfway down right out of the gate. it LEAPS forward a lot harder than when i come out off a 2000-2200 rpm stall...

Ive had a vig3200 and now a vig3600 and have found if you launch to low, off idle like everyone says, it will blow the tires off. I like it around 2000 to 2200 rpm then mat it. This will load the suspension enough and not blow the tires off. Also you better have a full drag slick, drag radials wont cut it. Ive cut 1.54 60' cam only, looking for 1.4s with new mods. My suspension mods are lcas, sfs, rr air big (22 to 26 psi) and no front sway bar and 26-10-15 ET dargs with the rims screwed. Good luck.

i can come out on this converter at 1200 rpm on a 17 inch nitto and flash the hell out of it....doesn't blow the tires off unless i didnt do the burnout right...its easier to come out at 2 grand but my car will 60' foot harder coming out low. should do 1.59-1.61 with this converter.
