Default Stripped oil pan bolt? quick fix?

Ive come to the conclusion that one of my front Oil pan bolts must be stripped. It just wont get tight. Plus it seems to be dripping some oil around it. I thought it was my crank seal, but i swear the leak is coming from that bolt. Is there anyway to fix maybe? Its not a major drip, be its enough to leave a little puddle after it sets for 2-3days. Plus is covers the underside of car when driving <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />

its been like this for since the cam was done about a year ago.. any ideas?
