th400 rmvb with engine braking and tbrake?

Default th400 rmvb with engine braking and tbrake?
I purchased a Hughes rmvb with engine braking for my th400 and ive been waiting for it for almost a month... now im debating on upgrading to one with a t brake. My question is this. Can I add a brake to my rmvb and keep my engine braking or do I have to buy a different vb and lose the engine braking ability?

Not normally but it's possible. I have custom made them before.
